Martine chapman - Director

Martine is Director of Highland Wagyu along with her husband, Mohsin Altajir. The company started out purely as a personal venture, to breed Wagyu cattle for their own table, but has grown to become probably the largest producer of Wagyu cattle in the UK. Along with pedigree Aberdeen Angus, Beef Shorthorn, Highland and Dexter cattle, their Wagyu beef is primarily marketed direct to chefs and restaurateurs.
