With the date still to be confirmed, please look out for the much-anticipated 2026 British Wagyu Conference to be held provisionally 14-15 May wrapped around one night at a hotel conference centre in the Dumfries area. Full details including how to book will be made available in due course but the event is likely to comprise: Day One lunch, welcome and introductions, conference presentations, Q&A, leisure time, gala dinner and after-dinner speaker; Day Two farm visit.

This conference will aim to build on the very successful British Wagyu conferences held in the past where delegates have been treated to a packed programme of Wagyu-themed presentations from industry-leading speakers, a full showcase of products from our partners and sponsors, capped with some exceptional entertainment and Wagyu beef!
