The Australian Wagyu Association Elite Wagyu Sale continues to be a hallmark sale event for the Wagyu Sector, with the 2022 sale reaching world record prices and an all-time high sale gross of 2.9 million.

All live lots, joining sires, donor dams, and donor sires must be fully registered, DNA tested before entry and have EBVs in the top 5% in each trait category (carcase, growth (not mature cow weight) and maternal) – or  – an AWA Breed $Index value in the top 1% of Wagyu BREEDPLAN to qualify.
