The annual Australian Wagyu Association WagyuEdge Conference builds on the vision to advance the world’s luxury beef – Wagyu. From breeder to consumer, the conference is one of the most anticipated events on the Australian red meat industry calendar, bringing together noted speakers, stakeholders and delegates from around the world.

The conference has many highlights including the presentation of the awards for the Wagyu Branded Beef Competition medallists, the Gala Dinner and the Elite Wagyu Sale.

The WagyuEdge 2022 Annual Conference will be held on the 27 and 28 April 2022 at the Pullman Albert Park. Leading this will be a half-day technical workshop on the 26 April.
